• Instructions:
  Preheat oven to 390°F.
  In a bowl, combine 1 pack of Molibake Chocolate Muffin Mix, ½ cup water, 2 eggs, and ½ cup oil.
  Mix with a whisk or paddle attachment on low speed for 1 minute.
  Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
  Continue mixing on medium speed for 5 minutes.
  Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling them ¾ full (makes 12–14 muffins).
  Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  Let muffins stand for 5 minutes before serving.
