What You’ll Need:
1 package Harvest Beet & Veggie Bread Mix
1 packet of yeast (included)
1 Cup water, about 80°F
3 Tsp oil
Oven Instructions
Pour the mix and yeast into a large bowl. Add warm water and oil.
Knead with a dough hook for 2 minutes on low speed, then 12 minutes on medium-high.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Punch it down, shape into a loaf, and place in a greased 5x9-inch bread pan.
Cover and let rise in a warm place (around 90°F) for 1 hour.
Bake at 360°F for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 208°F.
Remove the bread from the pan, cover with a towel, and let it cool fully before slicing.
Bread Machine Instructions
Add warm water and oil to the bread machine pan.
Add the mix and yeast.
Select the GRAIN, WHITE, or BASIC cycle.
Choose a 1.5 lb loaf setting with medium crust.
Once finished, remove the bread, cover with a towel, and let cool before slicing.

Enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, vitamin C (ascorbic acid added as a dough conditioner), enzyme added for improved baking, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), wheat gluten, potato flakes, dried carrots, dried beets, rye flour, dried cabbage, dried beet powder, sugar, salt, tomato powder, dry granulated garlic, onion dried flakes, parsley flakes, dill flakes.
