• 1 package Italian Focaccia Bread Mix
• 1 packet of yeast (included)
• 1 cup warm water (about 80°F)
• 2 Tsp oil

Oven instructions

• Pour the mix and yeast into a large bowl. Add warm water and oil.
• Knead with a dough hook for 2 minutes on low speed, then 12 minutes on medium-high.

• Cover the dough and let it rest for 40 minutes.

• Punch it down, shape into a loaf, and place in a greased 5x9-inch bread pan.

• Cover and let rise in a warm place (around 90°F) for 1 hour.

• Bake at 360°F for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 208°F.

• Remove the bread from the pan, cover with a towel, and let it cool fully before slicing.

Instructions for the bread machine

• Add warm water and oil to the bread machine pan.
• Add the mix and yeast.
• Select the GRAIN, WHITE, or BASIC cycle.
• Choose a 1.5 lb loaf setting with medium crust.
• Once finished, remove the bread, cover with a towel, and let cool before slicing.
